Best in the Desert\u2019s Laughlin Desert Classic is a daunting challenge for any racer, but Ryan Piplic had CST Apache<\/a> tires in his corner, and they didn\u2019t let him down: Piplic took second place in Sunday\u2019s race, finishing in 1 hour, 9 minutes and 29 seconds. His podium spot followed a solid performance the day before, when he took fourth place in 1 hour, 22 minutes and 31 seconds.<\/p>\n

The Laughlin Desert Classic features punishing terrain, high-speed sections and multiple jumps, but fortunately, Piplic\u2019s Apaches were made to handle challenging conditions, with solid grip and reliable cornering plus a steel-belted, 8-ply-rated radial design that flexes to resist punctures.<\/p>\n
