{"id":7605,"date":"2016-05-02T13:18:08","date_gmt":"2016-05-02T17:18:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/?p=7605"},"modified":"2017-02-13T12:47:45","modified_gmt":"2017-02-13T16:47:45","slug":"mcgill-wins-cst-camp-coker-bullet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/mcgill-wins-cst-camp-coker-bullet\/","title":{"rendered":"McGill Takes Second Straight GNCC Win at Inaugural CST Camp Coker Bullet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/athletes\/adam-mcgill\/\">Adam McGill<\/a> made it two in a row with his victory at <a href=\"http:\/\/gnccracing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">GNCC<\/a> Round 5, the CST <a href=\"http:\/\/gnccracing.com\/event\/rd-5-morees-hunting-preseve\">Camp Coker Bullet.<\/a> The first-ever GNCC race title-sponsored by CST was held April 30 in Morganton, West Virginia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7606\" src=\"https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/files\/2016\/05\/mcGill.jpg\" alt=\"Mcgill-CST Camp Coker Bullet\" width=\"576\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/files\/2016\/05\/mcGill.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.csttires.com\/ca\/files\/2016\/05\/mcGill-100x56.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><sup>Photo Credit: Ryan Doyle<\/sup><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">McGill started the race in a strong position, taking the holeshot, and increasing his lead to nine seconds by the end of the first lap. Although the race would later tighten, and another rider briefly took the lead at one point, the CST-sponsored McGill crossed the finish line more than eight seconds ahead of the next rider. McGill\u2019s performance pushed him into second place in overall GNCC XC1 Pro standings with 119 points, just 12 away from the top.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The race featured another highlight for CST with the debut of the company\u2019s support truck.
