CST’s Thomas Brown and Maxxis’ Chad Wienen and Jeff Rastrelli won the gold at the Quadcross of European Nations (QXON), held September 22-23 in Slagelse, Denmark.
The three took their victory despite intense competition from teams fielded by 19 other nations. Brown initially established Team USA’s dominance with a victory in the first race of the opening day, with Rastrelli taking second place in the next race and Wienen winning the third and final race of the day. Day 2 was much the same, with Brown taking second place in one race, Rastrelli taking second in the other two, and Wienen sealing the team’s overall win with victories in two of the day’s races.
“It was the absolute consistency and team riding that won the gold medals for Team USA, which was thoroughly deserved. It was a remarkable team effort and an example to other nations on how to compete as a team,” noted FIM-europe.com, which covered both days of the competition.
Brown is no stranger to the QXON podium, having also helped Team USA win gold in 2017, the first year the country entered the competition. CST congratulates Thomas Brown and the other riders of Team USA on winning the 2018 Quadcross of European Nations.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the CST support truck will be unavailable for Big 6 Round 6, scheduled for October 6-7 at Desert Empire Fairgrounds in Ridgecrest, California.
Because the company’s tires will not be available for sale at this event, riders who were planning to purchase tires from the support truck should make other arrangements.
